Our organization is made up of people from all years, majors, and identities. We believe that having diverse perspectives and backgrounds makes for better consultants, and having great consultants make for more impactful solutions. We recruit with the mindset of how to add value to our culture and our clients. As a result, we intentionally keep our organization small and our hierarchy flat. In our organization, no member is just a number or a medium to raise dues. And although we are a consulting organization, we know how to have fun. From apartment socials to weekend, off-campus retreats, our members bond with one another during their time in Texas CYC and leave with long-lasting friendships.
