We recruit with the mindset of how to add value to our culture and our clients. As a result, we intentionally keep our organization small and our hierarchy flat. In our organization, no member is just a number or a medium to raise dues. And although we are a consulting organization, we know how to have fun. From apartment socials to weekend, off-campus retreats, our members bond with one another during their time in Texas CYC and leave with long-lasting friendships.
