All of our consulting services are provided at no cost to our clients because we believe Austin’s small businesses and nonprofits deserve access to the resources and support they need to grow. In partnership with the City of Austin Small Business Division, we identify local businesses that could benefit from a semester-long consulting engagement.

Each semester, selected clients work directly with a dedicated team of UT Austin student consultants to tackle a meaningful business challenge over the course of the semester.

How We Can Help

Our engagements are tailored to each client’s needs. Past projects and areas of support include:

• Marketing & Growth Strategy - customer acquisition, social media strategy, brand positioning, and growth planning

• Market Research - customer research, competitor analysis, industry research, and market sizing

• Operations - process improvement, workflow optimization, and operational strategy

• Financial Analysis - pricing, budgeting, profitability analysis, and financial planning

• Business Strategy - expansion opportunities, new products or services, and long-term growth strategy

• Data & Technology - data analysis, digital tools, website strategy, and technology recommendations

There is no cost to participating clients. In return, we ask that clients meet regularly with their consulting team, provide the information needed for the project, and remain engaged throughout the semester.
