No, not at all! We know that finding relevant consulting experience in high school is hard. New members will undergo a comprehensive coursework allowing them to understand consulting fundamentals!

We are looking for people with an ability to think creatively, and who will mesh well with the existing members of CYC! Look to organically demonstrate high level problem solving skills and that you’re a swell person!

After the initial online application, there will be an invite only interview process. This is split up into 2 parts, the first consisting of a social round, and the second consisting of an individual interview.

Anybody can apply regardless of major. However, generally new member classes consist of first and second year students.
